Designation: Fish-Eating Crocodile

Habitat: Found in various places among India and Nepal.

Diet: Its long snout which has low resistance underwater makes it especially equip to hunt fish. They also feed on small crusteceons. Softshell turtle remains have also been found as well as stomach stones likely to aid digestion. Young tend to eat insects, tadpoles, small fish, and frogs.

Size: Varies based on gender but ranges from  2.6 to 6m (8ft 6in to 19ft 8in).

Lifecycle: Typically 40 to 60 years in the wild.
