Leafy Seadragon
(Phycodurus eques)

Found along the south and west coasts of Australia, the Leafy Seadragons leaf-like appendages allow it to blend seamlessly into the kelp and seaweed it drifts through, making it nearly invisible to both predators and prey!

Leafy Seadragons are also fairly solitary which is why scientists have a hard time figuring out how long they can live in the wild.
